The 2020 Ram 1500 EcoDiesel comes equipped with the all-new, third-generation 3L EcoDiesel V6 engine.The third-generation 3L EcoDiesel V6 engine produces up to 260 horsepower.This is an 8% increase in horsepower over the previous EcoDiesel generation which produced 240 horsepower.The third-generation 3L EcoDiesel V6 engine produces up to 480 lb-ft of torque.This is a 14% increase in torque over the previous EcoDiesel generation which produced 420 lb-ft of torque.The 2020 Ram 1500 EcoDiesel, paired with the all-new 3L EcoDiesel V6 engine, tows up to 12,560 lbs.This is over a 35% increase in towing capacity over the previous EcoDiesel generation which could tow up to 9,290 lbs.The 2020 Ram 1500 EcoDiesel, paired with the all-new 3L EcoDiesel V6 engine, has a payload of 2,300 lbs.This is over a40% increase in payload capacity over the previous EcoDiesel generation which could carry up to 1,640 lbs.2020 Ram 1500 EcoDiesel New Mechanical Parts and Processes
